Aircraft Sub-Systems and Structures Problem Solving

The Structures and Mechanical Systems Group has extensive experience solving problems on a variety of aircraft systems, including engine components, landing gear, brakes, tires, actuators, hydraulics, EPUs, aircraft transparency systems, radomes, fuel systems, and ground support equipment.  We have worked on a variety of aircraft structures, including fuselage, engine inlet, leading edges, wings, control surfaces, and verticals.  We provide complete problem solving services, including:

  • Test program development and application
  • Instrumentation, ground and flight data acquisition
  • Failure analysis
  • Manufacturing process investigation, evaluation, and modification
  • Development of new requirements
  • Component redesign and parts re-engineering
  • Hardware development, manufacture, and testing
