Chuck has been the primary technician responsible for the maintenance and operation of the Rain and Particle Erosion Test Facilities since February 2000. He has over 15 years experience in aerospace testing environments, and has helped develop, relocate, and upgrade several test facilities for both the Air Force and UDRI.
