Corrosion Testing: On Campus

Our Corrosion Laboratory is available to perform cyclic and static accelerated corrosion tests such as ASTM G-85, B-117, CCT-1, CCT-4, CASS, GM9540, and other automotive cyclic corrosion tests. 

In addition to testing according to standard protocols, this laboratory also has extensive expertise in the testing and evaluation of corrosion preventative compounds, paints and primers.

Our recent experience includes accelerated corrosion testing services for the US Air Force for the test and evaluation of coating system performance, numerous industrial testing services, and method development for accelerated coating degradation testing.
