Brad has 13 years experience in failure analysis of composite, metallic, and nonmetallic materials, and four years experience in the fabrication and testing of composite materials. He is the author of more than 50 Failure Analysis Evaluation Reports for the U.S. Air Force.

Brad is skilled in the operation and application of scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS), stereomicroscopy, optical microscopy, hardness testing, thermal analysis, image analysis, and photographic documentation.
